Don’t allow this audiologist trick you thinking it’s okay to trust her. I do not recommend this audiologist when it comes to achieving new hearing aids and ear molds. She failed to fix & prep my ear molds properly when she purposely delayed the process of the trial of the new hearing aids that became a faulty and nightmare. Insurance would not accept them to be returned in time instead this audiologist could not admit and accept her failure. Very helpful, professional and patient. Took so much time to help my 88 year old dad understand the impacts of hearing loss, why it happens and why it is important to address. Got him to the point where he was proficient with his hearing aids so quickly. . Was a God send!
