I came to Dr. Nicole for help with my migraines, associated pain in my neck and shoulder, and the effect that both those things were having on my daily life. They made me feel physically weak and anxious about when they would show up. With her help using the spinal network chiropractic work and the somatic breathwork I am learning huge lessons by integrating what is held in and being released from my body with my emotional/psychological awareness. I am changing in healthy ways and I'm super grateful.
