I’m Confused in why my mother was referred to this office (seen Dr Carroll not Nicole Walton who I specifically asked for ) by primary to see why her “hands her” doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see it’s some form of arthritis! She gets a steroid pack from primary care it’s helps but told go to rheumatology which took a month to get in, 3 weeks for someone to call us back with appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Walton’s for several years, and she is the best rheumatologist ever! Not only is she kind and compassionate, she is also extremely knowledgeable and will continue to help & support you in every way possible. I feel as though I literally owe my quality of life to her, and I will be forever in her debt! In addition, her nurses & front office staff are also extremely friendly, supportive, & helpful to patients. I am thankful to Dr. Walton’s entire team for taking such good care of me!
Sent in a referral over 2 weeks ago. Called many times (busy--left vms) to make appt. No callbacks. On 2 rare occasions I miraculously spoke to a person. I was told they haven't gotten my referral "approved" but wouldn't tell me what was needed. Both ladies said that I'd be called back. Well, didn't happen. I go on their website and contacted them. When I became a “difficult”patient to diagnose , she threw her hands up and said , I don’t know what you want me to to?? How about do no harm and help you patients stay mostly pain free. Completely waste of time and money and wish I had never. Went to see her.
