We saw her for the past four years, and she does okay for the most part. We did have difficulty with her when our son was having breathing problems, and we were pretty sure it was asthma (family history) she was very adamant that asthma was very unlikely, and was a bit condescending. So we trusted her, but our son kept having ER visits and issues. After two years she did not refer us to an asthma specialist, but instead an ENT for something what she was sure was more anatomical. Being a first time mom, I know a lot of doctors will tell you that you’re overthinking and it’s nothing. But walking into Step by Step, we were treated with nothing but kindness. Dr. Van Steyn took my concerns seriously and now he’s on his road to healing. Thank you guys 100!
