I first saw Dr. Palekar the first week of August 2018, and she ordered an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Before my procedure, I experienced health complications and needed her guidance, but reaching her was absolutely impossible, and her staff was no better. I waited 6 business days without a single call back. On the day of my procedure, the experience was deeply troubling. Good experience for both my wife and I for colonoscopies
Had a terrible experience with Dr Nicole Palekar!! She billed my insurance with the wrong code and my insurance denied the claim!!! I called her office and explained the situation to the lady on the phone and asked to talk to her but she never came to the phone!!! I asked them to resubmit the claim under a different code such as screening instead of a specific diagnosis, they were rude and intimidating, refused to do it!!
Dr. Palekar is a smart provider. She is able to research and assess my symptoms. She is fast acting in providing in finding a solution to my symptoms,
Terrible Scheduling and Poor Communication I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Nicole Palekar since June 25 for September 30. On August 20, I received a call from the office informing me that Dr. Palekar could no longer see me on September 30 and asked if I could reschedule to August 21 at 3 PM.
