Dr. Ogg is very gentle, She listens to me for whatever I need to talk about. She has a great sense of humor and is very prompt about sending my Lab result to me. Both my husband and I enjoy our conversations with her.

We have been going to Dr. Ogg for many years now and are very satisfied with the care that we receive. The office team responses in a timely manner and they are professional and knowledgeable, they know who you are and why you are calling. The clinical staff have always been kind and skillful. Dr. Ogg and her office staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I recently had a serious event over a weekend and was surprised that she answered the phone herself. Apparently she had been doing some book work and just happened to be at the office. She was able to diagnose the problem from my symptoms and ordered a prescription and set a followup appointment for the next day at her office. I will never forget her kindness at a time when I was very worried. Anonymous.

Dr. Ogg has a relaxed way with patients, you never get the feeling that she's in a rush to push you through. She also is quite knowledgeable on a broad range of medical issues and obviously makes the effort to keep current. My wife, my elderly mom and I all go to Nicole for our general care, she has never steered us wrong. She is a caring individual, conservative in her use of medications and always keeps the patient's best interests in mind. We feel lucky she's in our town, highly recommend

Great doc. Spends more than average time with me. Thorough and careful. I've been in a number of MD and PT offices and Dr. Ogg's staff are top notch.

I am a retired Family Practitioner myself. After moving to Weaverville, I have been delighted and impressed with Dr. Ogg's care. I can't imagine what others have found to complain about her staff.I have found them courteous, prompt with requests, and the relaxed office atmosphere is welcoming. This is a difficult thing to achieve in a practice and it is to her and her staff's credit that they have done so.
