It was great!
This was my first visit with Nicole and I was more than impressed with her thoroughness and knowledge. She reviewed my medical history and found that I had a similar incident three years go but also reviewed my current labs to get a better picture of what might be causing my extreme discomfort. When I left I felt confident that I had received outstanding care and was relieved that the diagnosis was relatively benign (gout). I will definitely request Nicole in the future if my Primary Care Doctor is not available.
Nicole and the whole staff are amazing
This was my second time seeing Ms. Munshower (Dr. Jackson is my regular PCM). She was as professional, knowledgeable and thorough as the last time and I greatly appreciate her. My only complaint is everything I call the office (4 separate occasions) the phone is always busy or just continuously rings. I have to continually call every 15 minutes or so to finally get through and that can go on for many hours.
