I chose to become a PA because I love working with people, and, while growing up, I was always interested in the medical field. The PA profession seemed to be a perfect fit for me. My philosophy of care focuses on working as a team to set and attain goals related to ones overall health and well being. I encourage my patients to take responsibility for their health and to actively participate in their care. Outside of work, I like to go to the gym and read. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with my family and friends.

Delayed treatment/care because she didn't believe me when I explained my symptoms. Wouldn't give me a referral to a specialist because she didn't recognize my symptoms as serious health concerns. I finally left her for another doctor months ago. Do not go to a doctor that you have to fight with to advocate for your care. Find a doctor who values patient-centered care. My health got worse until I could finally get to a specialist who recognized my symptoms immediately and was able to treat me. Sadly, the damage that was done ... read more
