This was my first visit and the excellent service far exceeded my expectations. Dr. McConnell has the best compassionate care. She was attentive, patient and responsive to everything that I presented to her. She made it easy to share and ask questions. Both the staff and facility were impeccable. I highly recommend Dr. McConnell and the Women's Center.
Dr. McConnell is the best OB-GYN I have ever been to, and I am incredibly grateful to her. I had a nightmare experience with an IUD that was causing me severe chest pain and exhaustion. I had been to the hospital four times, where multiple attempts to remove the IUD were unsuccessful. Even the doctor who originally inserted it was unable to remove it because it required ultrasound-guided removal. Doctor McConnell is the absolute best. She always made me feel welcomed and that she actually care. Also Leslie and Lucy that work at doctor McConnell plant city office are absolutely the sweetest and always make my visits smooth and easy. I couldn’t ask for better people to be guiding me through my first pregnancy.
