I had to change insurance companies January 1st, 2017 via our wonderful "Affordable Care Act" insurance program and was put on a waiting list...."maybe June" I'll be able to get in for my primary care doctor...mind you, I just had skin cancer removed December 2016 and need to continue seeing a dermatologist....well, I called in mid March and asked what the status was and if there could be any prioritizing based on my recent removal of skin cancer...well, lets just say that wasnt happening - no empathy whatsoever and to top t... read more
The office staff was very nice. Dr. Canada was very professional and I appreciate the time she took getting to know me and all the details were covered. Very impressed!
Kudos to Dr. Nicole Canada....... In transferring doctor records from our previous Dr. to Dr. Canada she found an irregular stress test. She called and said; we need to take care of this. Thanks to her my husband is great again. She referred us to Dr. Celis, (cardiologist); he surgically implanted a new stent... Can't say enough as to how much we appreciate this Doctor. I set her up as my parents new PCP and they love the office staff and care and attention they get. I have had excellent experience with staff and health care givers also. No long waiting, your concerns are address promptly, professionally and very friendly ... HIGHLY recommend! Not a doctor who is going to over prescribe or under prescribe medications needed.
