She is very knowledge, kind and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Liebentritt. Her staff was equally amazing.
Was diagnosed with Epilepsy at 19 went to a doctor in Lincoln and they never really tried to get my seizure under control and ended up having a major incident while away at university ending with serve head trauma and a brain bleed. ended up at Bryan hospital in Crete who were horrified to hear that I was going to neurologists in Lincoln and not in Omaha. got referred to Dr. Liebentritt who insisted on seeing me every three months until my seizures were under control and by the end of that year I was on the right medication ... read more
Dr. Liebentritt is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever seen. She asks great questions at the right times to reach a diagnosis and is straight to the point when it comes to options for next steps. I know I am making informed decisions about my care, because she explains everything so well in terms I can understand. Dr. Liebentritt is amazing, and I would recommend her to everyone!
We liked the doctor. We were happy when all the MS tests were negative. However, I believe she let the age of the patient in 2014 blind her to would have been some obvious signs of early onset Parkinson's Disease. When this patient was gagging for no reason, losing feelings in the hands, having trouble with balance and having facial spasms, the doctor did not test for PD. The patient was 35 at the time. Michael J. Fox was diagnosed at age 29 -- because he had a finger that twitched.
