Nicole did an excellent job representing her seller in a recent transaction we closed. Nicole represented the seller and I represented the buyers. She did a very thorough job preparing the home to list and the staging was perfect! My buyers had been looking for over a year and this one was "The One". Nicole represented the buyer for a property that I represented the seller on. It was a contentious and difficult transaction but Nicole represented her client with professionalism and diligence, always looking out for her clients best interest. I’ve been selling real estate for over 30 years and I’ve dealt with a lot of agents and I have to say Nicole is an excellent Realtor. I would recommend Nicole to any buyers looking for a skilled and honest Realtor.

I would not recommend Nicole. I put an offer in on a house and she basically told me that the questions she ask me were to find out if I was a qualified buyer and that I failed the test. She had no idea that I was pre approved for well over what I offered her. This is someone you would not want representing you. She may prejudge your like she did me!
