Purchasing and selling a home is such a huge decision not to mention stressful, but having the right realtor makes all the difference in the world. I have bought and sold many homes, acreage, lots, vacation homes and rental houses from Palm Springs to Lake Almanor in the far north near Mt. Lassen and in many areas between. We used Nicole to sell our home/equestrian facility. Being a fellow horse enthusiest she recognized the unique value of the infrastructure in place. Her marketing approach to highlight the beauty of the property was firtst class. Her pricing strategy accurately reflected the value of the market and we had offers within days. But the true test of a realtor is the ability to guide the actual transaction and all the disclosures involved in the real estate contract. She was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Nicole.
