Best family doctor ever. Stays on top of treatments and tests. Actually listens to you and explains things clearly. Real concern for her patients.
Dr. Luetke is great, warm and genuinely caring. However, most of her office staff, who are professional, appear very aloof and cool...would it kill you to smile and engage?! Not a great experience start to finish. When you're sick, and that's the reason most of us visit doctors, you need to feel the entire office cares about your health. She's been my doctor for many years now but after the last visit, I will find another office. Also, waiting room was clean but the exam room, not.
Dr. Luetke was great as my doctor and my infant son's doctor! She is very friendly, quick in the office, and is very willing to work with patients. I tend to be wary of prescriptions, and she suggests non medical treatments when possible, and for this reason I really trust her when she does prescribe something. She was great for my son as well, and she was willing to work with me on alternate vaccine schedules. I actually ended up not giving my son any (he is 1.5), and she let me do that.
