Dr. Calgrove is rude, cold, and very low empathy! She was of no help for being someone that specializes in ENT health care. I went to 2 other ENT before her, I didnt want to get to her but, 1 recommended her based on my situation and she is no more than your "average joe" same info as the other, no real analysis. I ask a question and it was either yes or no from her, she couldn't even explain the why to my questions. This was unfortunate because she was recommended, don't waste your time seeing her.
