The sweetest woman answered the phone, and steered me in the right direction, unfortunately I didn't get her name..
They lied to me then changed their tone when I caught the lie. Next day they tried to blame the ‘misunderstanding’ on the loan company. When I called them out again, referring to an email from a month prior, Ms Darby tried to brush it off. Never did she apologize for lying! I would avoid this company if you have the choice.
