I reached out to Nicole basically perform a miracle finding us our first home under very short notice. Nicole is a fantastic realtor: knowledgeable, thorough, and fun. She climbed into crawl spaces and was always diligent in assessing the houses I was looking at, and if there was an issue she told me right away. I always felt she had my best interest at heart. I appreciated her patience with me as I searched. I had some specific requirements (and a not super high budget), so finding my house took a while, but we got there! If I ever need a Realtor again, I will absolutely be working with Nicole. I highly recommend her!
We contacted Nicole Hindman to help us find a home on Vancouver Island. We needed an agent who was knowledgeable and willing to educate us about the area since we were coming from Ontario.
