When I decided to sell my home, I immediately contacted Nicole. Nicole did a comparison to houses similar to mine and in my neighbourhood and we discussed our strategy for a quick sale. I sold my home within 2 weeks and she then connected to realtors in the interior to help me buy a home. Nicole is very personable, knowledgeable and a sweet person overall - you can trust her.
I reached out to Nicole basically perform a miracle finding us our first home under very short notice. Not only did she help us find a beautiful home in a great location well within our budget, but she was so thorough and knowledgeable that it took out all the stress. Nicole is a fantastic realtor: knowledgeable, thorough, and fun. She climbed into crawl spaces and was always diligent in assessing the houses I was looking at, and if there was an issue she told me right away. I always felt she had my best interest at heart. I appreciated her patience with me as I searched. I had some specific requirements (and a not super high budget), so finding my house took a while, but we got there! If I ever need a Realtor again, I will absolutely be working with Nicole. I highly recommend her!
We contacted Nicole Hindman to help us find a home on Vancouver Island. We needed an agent who was knowledgeable and willing to educate us about the area since we were coming from Ontario. Nicole was patient as we looked at many areas up and down the island until we zoned in on a specific neighborhood in Nanaimo. We found our dream home.
