My children and I have seen Dr. Henry for years. We always appreciated her kindness and wonderful bedside manner. Recently my son had an appointment and I came along to discuss an issue. After driving an hour and waiting an hour, Dr Henry had very little patience with us. She was an entirely different person. Thoughtful and patient doctor. I have been with Dr. Dindial for 15 years or so, and she always takes her time and is thorough with questions and exams.
Dr Henry is always late. She is then dismissive and hurried with patients. She makes clear that her interest is only in checking off the boxes necessary to bill without making any attempt at diagnosis. She has sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy on several occasions.
Dr. Henry was my primary care physician for more than 15 yrs. She provided excellent care and was always approachable and informative. She always followed up to explain lab results. I have two different conditions which need medical care and she was always pleased to interact with my specialists (something many doctors resent). I have moved away from the area and hope my new FP will be as good as Dr. Henry.
Worse Dr I have ever seen. Never got bloodwork done. Could not get a physical scheduled. When I explained I had trouble urinating she said yeah it's your prostate. Which she never got bloodwork done on and never examined.
