This was an Educational experience. Nicole was incredibly informative, passionate as a default, and genuinely appeared to enjoy what she does. I’ve only seen her once for a 3D run analysis, but I can already tell she’d be an easy go-to for any of my running problems. She does not complicate what she advises you to do. She informs and educates, and really gives you a path of least resistance to get better results.
Nicole Haas was a really great teacher. She helped me understand the root issues to my knee problem much deeper. I can't believe how much we covered in the hour, and I feel like she has set me up for success with the confidence and ability to help solve my injury. Highly recommend - wish I had done this sooner!
