Not many positive things to say. I was assigned to Nicole’s office after my former agent retired. Allstate screwed up my insurance when I bought a new car. This occurred on a weekend so I had to contact allstate directly. I contacted Nicole’s office by phone, email, and text during the week to correct the issue without a response. I ended up getting fined by the MVA because of an error that Allstate made and Nicole still did not respond.
