Nicole charged me twice on one visit (over $200) and claimed the second charge was for a %of my next appointment. She had been styling my hair every 7 weeks for years and I was shocked that she did this. She falsely claims I cancelled appointments or did not show for appointments as the reason she charged me almost 100% of my next appointment and now will not refund the money even though i cancelled the appointment when I saw the double charge seven weeks before the next appt. She is dishonest.
LOVE Nicole!! She is the absolute best and could not recommend her enough to people. She has been doing my hair since I moved here almost 2 years ago and am so incredibly lucky to have found her. So amazing at what she does.
