Rude at best. Wow just got off the phone with them and I couldn't believe what a poor attitude this person has. I asked if they could come out and give me a quote and help me pick window coverings for my house as I don't know what would look good. The response was, "we don't work like that, you come to us and look at what we have, then maybe we will come and give you a quote." They must be getting lots of business to treat potential customers like that. Disappointing.
I was a client of Nicole Draperies for well over 10 years. The quality of their work is good. It is also very expensive. Nicole was usually professional and businesslike. It is the husband (or whoever the man is that she is partnered with in the business) who is extraordinarily rude and misogynistic. His rudeness and unprofessionalism is the reason I moved on to another company (where the staff is polite).
