Unfortunately, my experience felt very robotic and impersonal. The lady that took me to my room blk lady, was extremely cold and irritating! The doctor, Dr Nicole DeQuattro office located on Van Dusen Rd, didn’t give me much confidence that she fully understood why I was there or that I was being guided in the right direction. She left after having me undress, and took forever to return so long that I had to call the front office to ask her to return! Dr. Nicole DeQuattro took the time and talked with me in addressing throughly regarding all of my questions and concerns. She gave me an unbiassed view of weight loss, and she spent some time discussing the value of my body mass index.
This was a very positive medical visit. The doctor took the time to talk with me, listened, and addressed my care in an age-appropriate and thoughtful . I appreciate the practical and respectful approach.
