This practice changed to Temple and it is awful now. Every single time you call, at any time of the day you are immediately put on hold for 20+ minutes at a time. You eventually end up just hanging up the call. And even if you put a request in online with the portal it never gets answered. I loved Dr. Davis, but the office staff has to go. It is time for me to find a new PCP within network because this location is trash now.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. My husband and I came in for routine physicals which are covered under preventative care and we have received multiple bills which I have been disputing for over five months.
