Unethical and Unacceptable I am absolutely appalled by the care I received. This individual denied me necessary treatment based on nothing but unsubstantiated concerns, which is not only unprofessional but deeply unethical. Withholding care from someone in need is a gross violation of trust and a failure of their responsibility as a medical provider. I was left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and completely abandoned. Nicole is kind, caring and attentive. She is a professional who follows all of the rules and regulations required, which can seem like a pain at times, but then she wouldn't have a license if she didn't. I have a hard time trusting doctors/nurses, but I am glad she is mine.
Nicole is kind, caring and makes me feel heard. She takes into consideration my feelings, concerns and always follows up to emails promptly. Nicole and her team have made my life more manageable, and I feel supported.
Was referred to her in order to get a referral for a neurologist. For the referral. However Nicole and her team decided that without ever meeting me to change my meds and take away the ability for My primary to prescribe. Then when Appt was made To see her her staff told me she would Not see me. Then they was told I have to take a drug test in another city On my birthday and that it had me done today. am 50 Yes old and disabled. Not easy to find transport ion short notice.
