I spent several years trying to find a new PCP. Dr. Johnson ended my search & now I can say I have a PCP. Personable & attentive.
Dr. Johnson has been my PCP since she was in Arlington with Texas healthcare. When she informed me she was switching to Baylor and moving to Ovilla I said “I guess I’ll be driving to Ovilla” (45 min drive away). She patient knowledgeable she listens with intention. She a busy Dr but worth it.
Physician was very rude, impatient , and inattentive . We did a video call , I asked her could she give me one minute to close my office door and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed . She forgot to sign off on my blood work , I had to call the office for two days . Once I asked to speak to the office manager to file a complaint the office manager never returned my call and made a decision to self terminate my care .
