If you ever actually need a doctor, call someone else. My mother has been a patient since Dr Malone retired. If you call with an issue, no one ever - EVER calls back. If the doctor is off that day then you’re out of luck. She may be a competent doctor but only if you have an appointment.
Super disappointed in the care my mother and I received with Dr. Cohen. Finally switched to a new primary care after years of feeling like our concerns and test results were being brushed off. New primary care found a tumor on my thyroid and a severe hormone imbalance. My mom has since been diagnosed with kidney and heart failure. Hopefully she sees this and reevaluates the care she is providing to her patients. Everyone makes mistakes but this could have killed both of us.
