Nicole is amazing and could not say enough lovely things about her if I tried. I have seen a counselor in the past and while generally helpful, I felt the counselor was just listening and asking questions back to me. I needed someone who would give me action plans, solid steps I could take to look differently at life and various situations/relationships, give me honest feedback on my own actions and how that was impacting the stress I was dealing with. My counselor (Nicole Chinn) who I'm reviewing had a negative attitude about me from the interview. She said I passed it in a condescending manner.
