The worst place to call for an appointment or any other people thing. Every time I call for something no one ever picks up the phone. If You leave a message they call you back in 3 days! if it’s something urgent FORGET about it better going to the hospital.
The office got me in fairly quickly. I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen from my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Green was understanding and informative. She listened to all of my needs. I was happy with my visit. I just wish that the new location would be on maps for the patients who haven’t been, since switching locations.
Was given all the information to change my insurance to get David aderholdt as my primary care doctor, just to call back with a reference number and get told that new patients aren’t being accepted. The receptionist hung the phone up on me mid-sentence.
Dr. G was amazing he helped me out alot.
