Greetings Kenoshians! My experiences at Visionworks was perfect, not excellent but perfect. I was greeted with a smile of you... ALICIA was very interested in me that I find fashionable and sturdy eyewear. We found 2 fabulous pair! I picked them up after only ten days. Again, I was greeted by Alicia and her staff of 2 others. My glasses are HOT and fashionable for me as a Senior.....SENIOR WHAT..?? HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY ALICIA AND STAFF.
They are very welcoming and do not make you feel rushed. Treat you like a valued customer. Definitely recommend them.

Lost screw on my frame. Showed up, ask for help and they had them fixed and cleaned at no charge in 2 minutes. Great service
This is my go to place for exams and to buy glasses. Dr. Bloomquist is awesome and is the best; been going to her for the past 20 years for Contacts (which needs to be done yearly) & glasses. She is thorough and knows her stuff as well as her patients preferences. The staff in the store is outstanding although there has been quite the turnover in staff overall; the last 5 years Staff and management has been outstanding.
