Nicole provides thoughtful, thorough care and takes time to make sure I understand my options. She's approachable, easy to talk to, and I've always felt well cared for during my visits.
Nicole is fantastic. She listens. She doesn't seem to be in a hurry to get on to the next patient. She makes me feel like I matter. I don't get that from all health-care professionals. The staff is also Great!
Nicole is always available when I’ve needed an appointment for MC annual wellness visit or acute illness. There are no automatic refills on any medication, you have to ask for them. Patient portal allows you to send her a message to request a refill. She wants labs done every 3 months. I have a problem with this, as I am very health conscious, eat healthy & exercise 7 days a week. My labs have always been stable, except for cholesterol is a little high.
