Had shoulder surgery at NWOS Proceedure wet well however since the actual surgery the care has been a joke. post op appointment was a 45 minute wait to see the doctor, for a 2 minute evaluation and I was done! About 1 week later I developed a severe infection in one of the incisions. Made numerous phone calls trying to get in touch with a doctor, finally spoke with a PA and was told to send a picture of the infection site. Everything about the whole experience was hard to believe I would not recommend them to anyone I lost all my confedents in the practice
