Unfortunately there’s not a no star option. Otherwise I would’ve selected it. I had an appointment with Nicole for 3:30. I arrived at 3:35 p.m. and she berated me for being late and having not been to an appointment in over two months. Nicole verbally lashed out at me because she had to do an evaluation.
