Sutter Health is a scam. I have been here numerous times without a referral in the past. I do not need a referral to see an OBGYN because I have TRICARE Select as it is a non-network managed care plan. However, the front desk receptionist tried to convince me I had to get a referral to see Dr. Kwon. I called TRICARE and they assured me they were in my network and that I absolutely did not need a referral.
