Waited almost 2 hours for the doctor to be seen, even with an appointment. In 2025, this office can do much better on customer services and wait times
Amazing, caring and very knowledgeable doctor! Care a lot for her patients and the care of the fetus growing life.
I waited months for this appointment. Got to the office on time, signed in, and waited about 20 minutes to be called to the front desk. Got there, asked me what time I came, and confirmed I was on time. Then to be informed my appointment needs to be rescheduled. Someone could have called me. I drove 45 minutes each way for this appointment. The staff was unprofessional, fort they tried to say I was late( I wasn't), then they stated they tried calling me( no missed call, and no documentation in my appointment notes), then it ... read more
Dr. Sample-Harris is kind and responsive. But her office is very busy. Wait time to call the office and wait time in the office are both very long. On average I waited 1.5-2.5 hours before being seen. If it she was more accessible I would have stuck with her longer.
Dr. Sample is amazing but the wait time to even see her is ridiculous. The staff does not show any sense of urgency. Be prepared to be there for a total of three hours, with only 30 mins spent with Dr. Sample.
