Got a voucher for spay through the Lange foundation which was only supposed to cost $50. They charged me $50 and after waiting half and hour they come out say my animal is in heat and charge me again. They say if your animal is in heat they charge $104 extra which they provide no proof at all that your animal is currently in heat despite the fact they show no signs. Would be zero stars if I could. Do not come here with your animals.

I’m gonna start with cleanliness and this veterinarian hospital is not. There’s dog hair everywhere I get. It’s a vet however, a movie theater doesn’t have popcorn all over the floor. There’s hair everywhere. It was disgusting. The veterinarian was passive aggressive. She told me I needed to get a DNA test done on my dog and she hopes I didn’t pay a lot of money for it. "I am incredibly disappointed and hurt by the lack of care at Bear Valley. They were my dog's primary veterinarian, yet when I brought her in during a medical emergency while she was having active seizures, they refused to see her because they were 'too busy.' As a primary care clinic, turning away a loyal patient in a life-threatening crisis is unacceptable. We trusted them with our dog's health, and they failed us when we needed them most.

once upon a time the vet was good here..Prices responsiable ..Then he sold half of his office to a corporation over priced takkes forever to go pick up your pet to check out

Bear Valley Animal Hospital Review UPDATE! I brought my pet to Bear Valley Animal Hospital back in April for an ear infection. They tested the ear residue, and the results came back showing yeast. We started treatment based on those results, and I followed the treatment plan. Eight weeks later, the same problem had not resolved, so I brought my pet back for a recheck.
