I had the worst experience here, I met with Dr. Orwar and did an ultrasound and the office refused to release the report to me. I left several messages for the clinical team that went unanswered, and even talked with numerous staff members and they kept telling me I would not get my own ultrasound report until I made an appointment with the doctor. Dr. Orwar is the best! She is very easy to talk to, caring and always makes me feel comfortable. I have even had to go to other OBGYN's due to insurance and I was so unhappy that I made sure when we renewed our insurance plan that I would be able to see her.
Do not go here, they are holding my medical records and will not give them to me. I had called for several days and kept getting the runaround from various staff members saying the results were not ready when they were indeed completed. I found this out when a different staff member accidentally gave me the date the report was sent to the doctor then she tried to backtrack on that. They also do not return voicemails. I appreciate the time Dr. Orwar dedicated to me during my appointment. She is professional and friendly. I didn't feel like I was rushed. I highly recommend her.
From the moment, I walked in the front desk staff was incredibly warm and efficient. I was checked in immediately. The waiting area was clean and I was called back to the exam room within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment.
