I arrived at 8:45 a.m. as directed for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. I undressed and sat in an exam gown in a cold exam room for 35 mins. before I left. Needless to say I did not get to see the PA for a regular routine quick visit. No apologies as I was leaving.
I originally had an appointment with Nicole in August for a procedure recommended by my GP. I booked the appointment a month beforehand and got a call the day before the appointment that she would have to reschedule. So I reschedule for late September. My appointment is in three days and I get an email that my appointment is cancelled, but no reason. I do not recommend scheduling with this provider if this is how difficult it is to make and keep an appointment.
