Dr. Bu-Saba is an excellent physician who genuinely cares about his patients. He explains everything in a clear and concise manner and took the time to address my concerns, which really put my mind at ease. I feel very fortunate to be under his care. While navigating Mass Eye and Ear was challenging as a first-time visitor, the staff were apologetic and helpful. Dr. Bu-Saba himself made the experience absolutely worth it.
