Update: The work was completed and issue resolved. It’s truly unfortunate that I’m forced to write this negative review but my situation is like others listed. Attorney Martinez took payment for a flat fee service then ceased communicating. Once I filed the cc dispute, he emailed saying he was ill. After cancelling the dispute and funds being reversed, he stopped being responsive. I’m now left with no choice but pursue other means to recoup my money. Horrible. No words to express my disappointment. Our case was never worked on. Waste of time and resources.
