I have previously undergone laser hair removal at other clinics with excellent results, as I have light skin and dark hair, making me an ideal candidate. However, after five sessions at this establishment, I noticed hardly any difference. Additionally, they use a gel that is supposed to reduce pain, however it is more annoying than anything as it takes a long time to apply and remove and I did not notice any pain difference between here and other places. I wasted my money.

Worst first experience, first off i went in for 18 sessions and I still had hair growing back. I was told it was my fault and it was due to hormones, which it was not. It was due to using the wrong machine on me. When they finally used the right one on me and I started seeing results they switched it because it “ took too long “. I went there 6 years ago before moving away. Going back again. Service is great and kindness abounds!
