Dr. Gay and his staff have been great. From the first visit until surgery. Very friendly and knowledgeable for SI Joint Surgery.
Dishonest and unethical are the first two words that come to mind. After meeting with Dr Gay who spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me and never did a physical exam, I find out from his assistant that he will be leaving the practice in three weeks and moving out of state.
I consulted Dr. Nic Gay for my back pain, and he recommended that I undergo an MRI. I informed both the doctor and the lab office that I would proceed with the MRI only if my insurance covered the cost. They subsequently submitted the necessary documents to my insurance provider, United, and a few days ago, I was informed that my insurance had approved the MRI.
