I waited 6 weeks to get an appointment with Dr Dawson. The day of the appointment, I showed up early to fill out paperwork and was told that they had stopped taking my insurance the day before. I had verified that I was in network when I made the appointment and asked why I wasn't notified about the change in the insurance policy. The young woman at the front desk was not helpful. This is incompetence and a waste of time.
Dr Dawson is the sweetest, most compassionate physician. His bed side manner is the best. He listens and is very caring about what's happening without.
Dr Dawson and staff are professional and personable. I feel like my health care needs are being met and the location is great. Look forward to the additional services that are coming soon to this office.
