We met Nicolas 7 or 8 years ago. We called him after using his excellent website. When we finally got serious about buying our Coal Harbour condo in 2020, we called him. He worked very hard with numerous showings and more than 3 offers. He is on top of the market. Our satisfaction with our purchase was more important to him than a quick sale or maximizing his commission. There was no pressure. We would use Nicolas again and recommend him highly. Brock

We worked with Nicolas to buy our condo. And honestly, it is unlikely that we would have found one, absent Nicolas. He was persistent and dogged in his belief that we'll find a great property in our budget. And yet, not pushy -- even when he could see that we were making a mistake. Eventually based on his pricing advice, we ended up saving around $25K.
