We had a very long and substantial crack in our living room textured ceiling. Nicole, the owner came out and repaired the crack by adding screws to pull up the drywall then several layers of "mud" I think she called it, to smooth it out, then added the texture and paint. After three months, it is still a perfect match to the existing texture. No one could tell that such a large crack had been there. Our guest bath was another story.
