Mike and the team are incredible. Can’t say enough good things. My car started overheating after Mr Lube left my radiator hose clamp unlocked , they got me in quickly without an appointment. Very reasonable prices, friendly and attentive service.
Unbelievably helpful. Thanks to Mike for saying he could look at the problem straight away and thanks to both Mike and Brendan , we got fixed up and on our way
Great people! Me and my friends were on a road trip and our aircon died, the gentlemen here fixed it for us with no appointment, we just drove in, asked for help and they prioritized us despite their other tasks, and even let us sit in their airconditioned office while we waited. Extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.

Mike saved our vacation. We blew a heater core at the top of the Coquihalla pass. We found out we could bypass the heater core as a temporary fix. Called Nicola Valley Radiator mid-afternoon on a Friday on a long holiday weekend in a bit of a stressed state. Mike said he could look at it. Hooray! We limped/coasted down to Merritt. He immediately took a look and started to work on it. Had us back on the road in an hour. I thought our vacation was over. We raised a glass to Mike several times that weekend. Thank you!!!
