I called asking about an AC recharge for a car and who ever answered the phone was rude and impatient. Made me not want to get work done there. Don’t recommend this place

We were traveling with our 2017 Ram 3500 towing a fifth wheel RV when we suddenly developed a serious coolant leak near Merritt. After being referred by two other repair shops, we found Nicola Valley Radiator and met Mike. Mike quickly diagnosed the real problem. A damaged fan shroud had come loose, been pulled into the cooling fan, and the fan blades punched a hole in the radiator. Halfway on our trip from Kelowna to Vancouver the engine light came on. I just bought the car so I was stressed about it. We stopped at Nicola Valley Radiator, they scanned for the codes and they said everything was fine, some minor issues but it wouldn't be any problem to get to Vancouver. They didn't charge us or anything and they were very kind, helpful and reassuring. I would go there if I had major problems!
