Dr.McLeod is the best doctor I have ever been in contact with. He has changed my life immensely. He is the only doctor who has been able to help me with my mental health. He goes out of his way to provide care for his patients. He even called me on a weekend to address some of my health concerns. That is an exceptional doctor. Jackie, the receptionist at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. She also goes above and beyond to make sure things get done in an orderly manner. Best doctor ever I moved two hours away and will never switch dr in my life. My doctor for my whole life. He is so nice and will do anything to care for you. Office staff is so nice too.

I phoned the number I have always phoned and never had an issue. Today I called to talk to Dr. Ross. The person who answered the phone was very rude....she said "first of all, you are calling the wrong number, and second of all, Dr. Ross is at lunch." It was 1pm, like I would know he is "at lunch". I said this is the number that is in the on-line directory...she "nope" and gave me 2 alternate numbers to phone. This should have been communicated much better. She make me feel like an idiot. Love Dr. Ross though.

Had an appointment with Doctor right away when phoned in the morning. Appointment same day with Dr. EDMUNDS. Very satisfied. Not my reg Doctor but was very impressed with service. Pleasant staff assisting. Hopefully, eventually we can return to calling in for appointment and avoid telephone Doctor service.
