Calling to see about my finances wrist (which is very much broken) Robert was so extremely rude I’m not quite sure how he even got a job in this field. Horrible. I Havnt even went there yet and I already do not recommend. Make the drive and go to Kamloops. Obviously Merritt hospital needs a refresher course on patient service. Ridiculous
