10:50 Mar 9, 2026: I had another disgraceful experience at the Lab for a blood test. I presented my id which contains DOB, still I was required to say it because is the protocol of Interior Health. Whatever it is, the question is redundant and offensive, is plain annoying. I insisted to read it, and in response I was told I can leave - which I did. I would like to make a complaint in the form of a question. I waited more than 7 hours to be seen, in a lot of pain. I had 5 boils and couldn't even sit down. During those 7 hours of waiting, there were only 2 people ahead of me. No ambulance arrived during the time I was waiting, and every time I asked how much longer it would take, there were at least 5 people working there – nurses, doctors, etc. – all laughing, doing nothing, just chatting and leaning on the counter.
