I had extreme pain in my legs . So I called the doctor and told her that I applied for family doctor but its been two months, I haven’t got any response ..then I was told that I can go in emergency room. I went there at 3 pm and waited till 7 pm ..I started crying out of pain and then they asked me to come in and lay down..I waited for another hour there..finally at 8.30 pm, I decided to go home as nobody attended me..

In general doctors and triage nurse are professional and respectful. However, last time the triage nurse was rude and did not pay attention to my presentation of relatively recent studies supporting successful mixt treatment in my case; at the end of my presentation she asked for my d.o.b. which was offensive and also redundant considering that d.o.b. is written on the government issued id.
