I live in the Capilano neighborhood. It’s a really great place to live. The food is not too bad. The furniture is good. My room is nice and large with a double bed. The windows are large and have good blinds and the management and staff are wonderful things usually go very smoothly. The manager of the Capilano Neighbourhood is going away and a new manager is taking over hopefully it keeps on being really a great place to live and I hope it’s a great place for the workplace environment for the workers. Mountainview is terrible! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! Listen these residents are living their final days in care and they DESERVE to be treated with DIGNITY and RESPECT. Why on earth would one choose to be a care aid if you can't treat the elderly patients well? If you dont like your job please LEAVE. These are people we love how dare you disrespect and belittle and hurt their feelings.
